Our Story

An interest in cooking was developed whilst watching my parents especially my mother who was a cook by trade prepare the most amazing dishes. This encouraged my interest and flair for cooking and I haven't looked back and have worked within the catering industry for over 25 years.

Manna Grill specialise in 'fusion cooking' which involves preparing a variety of dishes from Europe, the Carribean and West Africa.
